Winter Rum Punch

Lately for work I've been getting to make lots of punch, sometimes it can get a little repetitive. Around this time year though it gets a little fun. I love having an excuse to use nutmeg, rosemary, cinnamon! I decided to make a punch that would warm you up, but still have that great seasonal flavors!

Servings - about 8 (4oz servings)

Ingredients
10 ounces Smith and Cross Rum (Jamaican Rum)
10 ounces Cognac,  I used Bache-Gabrielsen
10 ounces fresh orange juice
3 ounces Orgeat (almond syrup)
2 ounces simple syrup
10 dashes angostura bitters
1 ounce of Bitterman's tiki bitters

Build all ingredients in punch bowl, stir, garnish with rosemary and juniper berries and fresh grated nutmeg. Serve over ice!
